The company offers rental services subject to availability and the specific terms indicated for each product or service.
Features, prices, and terms may be changed without prior notice, always respecting reservations already confirmed.
4. BOOKING PROCESS
The booking process includes:
- Selecting the service
- Entering personal details
- Confirming the terms and conditions
- Payment (if applicable)
- Receiving confirmation by email
The customer must expressly accept these Terms and Conditions by ticking a checkbox before completing the booking.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
- All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
- Payment may be made using the methods available on the website.
- The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
6. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer undertakes to:
- Use the rented item responsibly
- Comply with applicable regulations
- Return the product in the same condition as it was delivered
- Assume responsibility for damage or loss

- Damage resulting from the customer’s negligence
- Force majeure circumstances

- No-show: no right to a refund
9. RETURN POLICY
The customer must return the item:
- On the agreed date and time
- In the same condition as when delivered
In case of delay or damage:
- Additional charges may apply
- The insurance deposit will be deducted (excess of €400)
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU):
The customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, unless:
- The service has been fully performed
- It concerns services with a specific date (e.g., rentals on specific dates)

11. DATA PROTECTION
